Refund and Returns Policy :

We accept the return of unopened, undamaged items, within 14 days to 7 Mount Isa Drive Brymbo Wrexham LL11 5DZ.

Please call me on 07533 013968 or email mfbotanics@gmail.com for more information if needed.  We will issue a refund or replacement at your request, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days from the date when we receive the returned products from you. Please note : gift cards are non-refundable. 

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returns and obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods that are lost in the post. 

Please enclose all associated paperwork with the returned goods. If you do not have the delivery note, please include a letter with the name of the person who purchased the goods, their email address, telephone number, order number and the reason for the return.

Once returned we will refund using the same payment method that was used to purchase the goods. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. Please note that we do not refund the postage cost for returned goods which are not faulty or damaged. We will process the refund or replacement on receipt of the returned order. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value.
